Updating park hoppers to Annual Passes

I was going to buy tickets from UT today for two trips that we will do this year. Then I thought I might possibly upgrade to an AP when I get to Disney. Can I upgrade and get credit for both park hopper tickets? Should I go ahead and link them both to My Disney Experience?

If you mean can you upgrade TWO tickets to TWO AP's, then yes.
