My family has the old paper tickets purchased last year from Undercover Tourist. These were unused because our trip was canceled. Now I learn from Undercover Tourist that I'll need to update these tickets to the RFID version at Guest Relations. Epcot will be our first park and I was wondering where the Guest Relations office is at Epcot so I don't waste any time looking for it.

Thanks for any information you can provide.

GR is to the right of the entrance. My memory is failing, I can't remember whether it is inside or outside bag check. You should also be able to exchange the tickets at any of the ticket booths.

You may not need to go to guest service. Disney has crew member with handheld device to scan old tix. If u r planning to add days or option to ur old tix, make sure to use it at least once for bridging.

it is very easy to do - I've done it for some old tickets. Go to any ticket booth and they can switch the tickets over. Do allow a bit of time for it (like 5 / 10 minutes not 'long').

If you want to upgrade in any way - do change it over to RFID - use the ticket then upgrade to get the current gate price.

Have fun!

I actually had 3 unused old UT.....since we were at the BWV i went to the IG into Epcot to the ticket window one evening.

.no crowds at the window and she exchanged them for new tix and wrote with marker on the back which was which...so know i am hoping i can use these to make a FP for our next vacation when i link then ...on line

You can put them into My Disney Experience if you wish to link them with Magic Bands. We had some older 10 day Park Hoppers with no expiration that we had to call the help desk in order to link. If you have some from last year you should be able to do this fairly easily on My Disney Experience. Then you could make FastPass+ selections.

You can trade them in at any guest relations that includes Downtown Disney. We arrive at 6:00 on our trip in a couple of weeks, my brother still has old tickets, we had to call to get his put on to my mde before our fastpast window opened. We plan on exchanging them the night we arrive at Downtown Disney so we don't have to deal with it in the morning when we get to the parks
