Updating Identification After It Has Been Approved

I applied for new passports for my kids several weeks prior to checkin. For online checkin I used my kids' birth certificates so that I could complete the process. I've since received their passports, but as some of you may know that once your identification documentation is approved by DCL it cannot be changed on the website without calling. I made a call to DCL and told them that I'd like to replace my kids' birth certificates with their passports. After a few minutes the documentation portion of the webpage had been unlocked and I was able to upload their passport pictures

I did the same via chat on the DCL website a few weeks ago for all adults and children on our reservation. Our PAT was not impacted. Glad the birth certificates can stay at home now.
