Thanks ParrotBill, Having been a visitor for so long before becoming a CM, I like being able to help others that will be visiting.
Now, one thing that I left out is that part of the system includes cameras at the busier locations for load monitoring. That in itself will help getting buses to stops faster. No longer (after Sept hopefully) will a guest need to tell a CM that a bus has not been around for a long time. The Ops Center will be able to see the loadzone and dispatch a bus. Of course, this will also cut down the frivoulous complaints that a bus has not been there for an hour when the guest has been there for only 10 minutes.
