I used a 200VCG I had from a previous deal where I paid 180 for a 200 card and used the 15 left after the Sam's transaction to get a 25 DCG from BJs with my 10 off coupon for 14.49. 225 in DGC for 180! Probably the best deal I will get on DGC for this trip. Thanks a bunch, this thread is wonderful!

Please tell me more. I am also international. Managed to get a membership via Groupon to BJ's Warehouse last year, but also could not complete any transactions due to not having a US billing address. Since then, I've read somewhere that you can add a secondary address to one of your credit cards (I have a US mailing address, so added that) and had success on a system only allowing US based purchases. Wondering if I should try this again but don't want to be sunk the cost of the membership if it doesn't work. Luckily, Groupon refunded me when I let them know I was unable to use the membership.

It’s not just a US billing address. It has to be registered with your payment card as well. But the card must also be a US card. And even then they monitor your ip address and if you use a vpn that also triggers their fraud alert.
