Updated Disney Gift Card Deals and More

I've had the same thing happen to me the last two times I tried to take advantage of the promotion and I was well under the limit. I would make two separate purchases of disney gift cards and the third would be canceled. It didn't take a month to reset, but it did take a couple of days.
It's not consistent at all in my experience.
I ordered in January fine. Took a break in February.
On 3/9, I ordered 2 x $50 e-gc.
On 3/10, it wouldn't let me do $50, so I got 1 x $75 mailed.
On 4/3, I ordered 2 x $50 e-gc.
On 4/4, 2 x $50 e-gc and 1 x $75 mailed.
On 4/7, 2 x $50 e-gc (and 1 $25 Starbucks).
Then I was maxed out. I took a week away; as of today, I'm still maxed out on both the $50 e-gc & the $75 physical card.

Hmm, limits have been posted, if your DGC have been cancelled you need to call Target. I was told the cancellation could be related to your account.
There is no monthly reset.

Yes, The limits are clear on the site "Limit 3" but I forgot I placed an order a month and a half before. I guess what was not clear was per order? Per month? Per lifetime of account? I suppose its the lifetime of the account so now since I placed 3 $100 3 $50 and 2 $25 if they ever have a deal I have to go into the store.

Was just asking because SAMs is clear that its MAX per Membership but not enforced it sounds. So was just stating my experience thus far.

This Friday only (4/21) - 4x fuel points on GCs at Kroger and Harris Teeter. You need to “clip” the e-coupon to get the 4x fuel points.

If that happens again, you need to call Target. I think it's about fraud protection. When buying DGC at Target, the only limit they have are:

In-store: $1,300 per day
Online: eGift / physical $3000 per day.

For those of you that are maxed out on DGC from Sam's today is the last day of their $10 membership deal. I added two more since I'm saving for a Disneyland and DCL trip next year. If you need a good amount of gift cards get another membership or two and then wait for the Cash App boost to start again. Then you can grab gift cards from multiple accounts. Also when Sam's does their Black Friday deal for DGC you'll be able to get it multiple times.

I was referring to Target not Sam's. You wrote...
I tried to take advantage of the Target circle spend promotion with making four purchases of $80 or more and my 3rd order of $100 cards this weekend was canceled due to exceeding the max 3 limit. Turns out I ordered a $100 card over a month ago, So that does not reset in a month. :badpc:
:confused3

Yeah my posts were all about Target limiting the Disney gift cards... I was originally asking the person who posted at SAMs they can order as many as they want when the site says "Limit 2 per membership" if it really worked...

So looks like the Target site changed since I ordered on Saturday! It no longer says "Limit 3" (NOT talking about the quantity pull down!!!)... My order was clearly canceled for quantity limits at Target and the eGfit Card clearly said under the price it was limited to 3... Here is the email I got for orders 4 and 5 (After making three $100 card orders in the past 60 days):

Purchase limit exceeded

We’ve applied purchase limits to ensure as many families as possible have access to essentials and other high-demand items.

So the Target system was clearly enforcing the wording on the site that you can only order 3 Disney Gift Cards of one denomination. Right after I was allowed to order 3 $50 cards before I was cut off of those with the message above and had to finish off with $25 ones.

Anyhow, something changed on the site in the past four days and it no longer has the limit message, but looks to limit you to 3 per type per order now.

Which was not at all what I was told yesterday by the CS who works in the gift card department. :faint::faint::faint:

Thank you for posting your results. I really appreciate it.

They are changing things, I don't see the rule posted now that was there on Saturday and in their auto-cancelation emails...

Also, This is what I see when I add any cards, no way to get past 3 in a single order:

Then in the cart:

However, your answer may be correct in total limits per day... You can prob now place multiple orders for $500 cards up to the limits they told you but just 3 of one type of card per order.

Groupon & LivingSocial:
For anyone who bought the Bed Bath & Beyond gift cards last week (or have BB&B rewards left), use them up TODAY as the Wall Street Journal reports that they will probably declare bankruptcy in the next few days. I guess selling their gift cards at 80% off was literally a last desperate attempt to make some money.

I used up my gift cards and welcome rewards yesterday - I walked into a Buy Buy Baby (which is owned by Bed Bath & Beyond) yesterday at 4:00PM and you could have mistaken the place for the morgue - I was the only person in the store besides for the cashier.
