Are you signed up for Target Circle?

Here is a explanation of the program:
https://thekrazycouponlady.com/tips/couponing/target-circle

Edited, I love using Target Circle at the checkout. I don't have to carry my Target Card and I can put all my Target Gift Cards into my wallet on the app.

That's exactly what I was thinking @Ariel620
When Target Circle was first offered many many moons ago, existing Redcard holders were automatically enrolled. Those without the Redcard had to enroll. I'm not sure how the program is run now but I would look into signing up.

It's probably too late to get the current Reward offer but a new one will pop up.

Love the Krazy Coupon Lady!

Another Target question... I still need some Disney giftcards for my DVC dues. It looks like the best buy one is over, so is Target 5% with redcard the best we can do right now (I don't have any memberships like BJs or Sams).

I have a redcard, but is there a way to still get the 5% discount if I don't use the redcard to purchase the Disney giftcard (to get points on my chase card)?
Is this for 2023 dues? If so, you can set up to pay monthly. Then go in to your DVC dues and apply what you have already in gift cards. It will move your monthly payment up by however many "months of payments" you pay with the gift cards. This will buy you some time to find offers better than 5%.

I payed through March yesterday. My next payment is April and it is only an $11 payment. I know I will find 10% or more off before then. One of my Chase cards has a 10% shopdisney offer I plan to use to finish off April and pay a little of May. Right now, I have saved about 14% on dues for 2023. And it is actually more - this doesn't count any money received from cashback portals or credit card points.

If you decide to do this, I believe you have to set up automatic draft from a checking account. But if you apply the gift cards as you get them, the draft will never come out. Once you are ready to pay you select "Pay by Contract" and then enter the amount of your gift card and pay with the gift card.

And to answer your question - you have to pay with your red card to get the 5% - you can't use a Chase card.

BJ's has an online membership for $10 per year, but their gift cards are back down to only 4% discount. The online membership is worth it when I combine it with their 6% discount when they have it and the Retail Me Not cash back portal.

I've also purchased gift cards from ShopDisney using my Fidelity Visa card for 2% back and through RMN when they have 10-15% cash back, giving me a 12-17% discount. Keep an eye on the first page of this thread for updates when RMN offers it again. But, as they say "Your milage may vary" and some people have not received cash back from RMN.

Newegg sells Disney egift cards - These are NOT on sale.

The above are shipped & sold by Newegg.

Conflicting info regarding PayPal, DOC commenters say it's not accepted on gift card purchases but I'm reading from Newegg PayPal is accepted. Even DOC mentions using PayPal with the Platinum card to use up your $30 monthly credit. ? link

Chase Freedom/Freedom Flex via PayPal 5% 4Q.
Also check out Newegg app.

There's not much in the way of cb offerings as seen on Cashback Monitor but if you click through it's YMMV.

I scrolled around but didn't see it (probably missed it somewhere)

Back in the day you could work the Happy gc angle and buy a Disney gc at Home Depot thru self check. It's this still a thing?

You can if you're using PayPal.

That's why I asked which Chase card @Ariel620 has.

Unfortunately not at Home Depot.

Happy Treats (physical gc) works at GameStop to buy DGC, provided your location sells them. Might be hard to find Happy Treats locally. Kroger stopped selling them a while ago.

Something interesting about this card is that it’s one that’s redeemable in-store rather than online. That means it can be used to buy third party gift cards at GameStop and Macy’s seeing as they have gift card racks. It might be possible to do that at Lowe’s too, although it’s been a long time since I’ve tried that and from what I can remember they’ve hardcoded against allowing that. With this being a new gift card brand though, it might be possible to buy discounted Choice Season’s Greetings gift cards and then use those to buy Visa gift cards at Lowe’s.

I have no DP's on this GC.

It's just like Kroger CS telling me the items I wanted weren't available and yet when I went to the same store immediately after the call, I found everything.

I can understand if they were backed up or short handed and that's why they couldn't fulfill the order. I get it. Really. However, she chose to lie to me and got busted and embarrassed for it, oh well.

For those who have the Amex offer for Lowe's, just a reminder that if you are going to purchase a Visa or Mastercard gift card, Lowe's has only one variable card - the Mastercard pictured below. All the other Visa and Mastercards are $100 or $200 ones and have a fee of $7.95 each.

If you put $245 on the Mastercard pictured below, you will pay 245 + 5.95 activation fee = $250.95 and you will get back $50 from the Amex offer plus the $2.50 for earning 1% for using the card (assuming you are using the SimplyCash). If you use the Mastercard to pay your estimated taxes, you will pay around $2.50 in service fees. So you are paying a total of $253.45 and getting back $52.50, for a total of 18% free cash.

My Lowe’s also sells DGC’s in multiple denominations. I bought $250 in store of DGC’s and was credited the $50 the day after the transaction posted. A nice 20% savings!

I see a ton of discounts for BJs memberships but does anyone know of any discounts available to renew an existing membership that is about to expire?
