Overall, most of the cash back portals rejected the physical and e-DGCs with the exception of CapitalOneShopping which worked. Some people had much better luck than I did but they seem to have used the shopping portals in October or much earlier in November.
Despite this, I used
Raise.com for the majority of the Disney Gift Cards I needed to pay my DVC dues this year ($1,850).
One tip for using Raise.com is that they have 2 different store pages for "Disney" and "Disney Store" gift cards, and a lot of time the Disney Store gift cards will be on a higher discount. Two times I bought Disney Store GC's and added them to my other regular Disney GC's and they combined no problem, and I paid all my DVC dues today with the cards and they were all accepted.
Cardcash.com is another discounted GC website, and on their site they
specifically say "
Disney Store GC's do NOT work for other Disney purchases", but that was not the case for me.
My Wells Fargo CC also gives 2% cash back on all purchases. If the rest of the pending cashback is rejected, between all of the cashback portals and
Raise.com:
$1,675.06 paid out of pocket after cashback
$45 from TopCashBack in refer-a-friend payments
1 - (1,630.06 total out of pocket paid / 1850 total dues owed) = 11.9% saved
