Not the same as asking about a purchase that didn't track... There is no need to give them any purchase details, they received the info from the merchant. Just stating that the cash back amount that tracked is not as they advertised.I don't know that I would contact them. The terms explicitly excluded giftcards. You might not even get the 12%.
Honestly, I didn't have much faith that it would track. Just curious what their response will be.
