I know the Circle 2/3/4/ Rewards offer work when buying gift cards, the offer you're referring to may not work on gift cards. General merchandise yes, this I believe is where some confusion may come from. They are two different offers. Last time I had the Save x% offer it would not work on gift cards.

You could always try before hitting the purchase button, that's what I would do. Log in, add the DGC, click on your offer and see what happens. If you have something different from what I have listed, PLEASE post your outcome. I'd love to be wrong.

Thanks I just tried that, looks like yeah I'd get the 5% from the Redcard but not the 5% circle offer off on GC purchase.

DH was able to change the dates on our lift tickets and swap my name for a family friend. As far as we're concerned, it's a win.
Unfortunately I couldn't find a 4* condo that would accept two dogs, so I got a full kitchen with an indoor heated pool for the guys. I'll be staying home with the pups while they enjoy the slopes.


I can always go skiing with my friend and the menfolk can stay home with the pups! See what I did there Like I said, win-win!

You never know with offers until you try. Just like the Best Buy Disney offer, there was a limit 1 but many were able to buy more and over several days.

And even though we have DP's - things change year after year so it would be nice to get 2022 DP's.

I was in target today and I made a mistake I thought my amount was $80 but it was $85. I spent $82 so I didn’t get credit. I am going to buy $100 DGC online. Does it matter if it’s digital or physical? Last time I tried doing this offer it didn’t work for me, but I know it said it didn’t work for shipped items, but for some it did work for the digital card if I remember correctly.

You can 3 buy $100 cards for $95 each. Then you get the bonus. The bonus can’t be used to buy a gift card directly, but I always just pick up gift card when I’m spending more then enough to cover the bonus.. and pretend the credit was the gift card

OP doesn't have the same offer as you, @AndreaDM has the 5% Off TC offer and doesn't qualify for the Reward.

I have a 5% CB, max $5 on my Chase Offers for my Chase Freedom card. It's not great, but I'll probably wait and stack it with a RMN CB. Right now RMN is only 5% and since it usually tracks, if it goes up before my offer expires, I'll snag it. It's valid for 43 days so I have time.
