Use the BJ's app on your phone and they automatically are rung up at the register if you clip them in the app.I never get any coupons at BJ's. I don't think I've ever gotten even one. Boo!
Do I have to see them in the coupons? I have never seen a single coupon for a general amount off a purchase. Plenty of $1-10 off certain products, but no general $5-20 off a $100-200 purchase. Do they differ in the app from their website? Maybe that's my problem, I don't have the app.Use the BJ's app on your phone and they automatically are rung up at the register if you clip them in the app.
Question on the staples.com offer. I looked for dis gift cards but they have a fee on it. Do you still buy the Dis gift cards with the staples.com purchase?I have a new Staples offer on my Freedom, Sapphire, Unlimited and Ink cards. Expires Sept. 8
That's assuming no RMN tracking either...which would obviously be a huge bonus if it worksWith the fee, you still come out 7-8% off. That would be up to you
Yes, they are only physical and the fee is not optional. For the fee you get a tracking number when they ship at least.Question on the staples.com offer. I looked for dis gift cards but they have a fee on it. Do you still buy the Dis gift cards with the staples.com purchase?
You can try but it is YMMVThat's assuming no RMN tracking either...which would obviously be a huge bonus if it works
Data point…I’ve had both of my RMN Staples Disney gift card purchases track. You can try but it is YMMV
You might be surprised. On 8/3, we were headed to the Philadelphia airport for a Southwest flight to MCO. On I-95 I received notification that the flight was delayed. I called Southwest immediately and asked if they could move us to fly out of Baltimore. Representative refused. Flight time was changed 6 more times before finally cancelled. At which the 2nd representative offered to put me on the flight out of Baltimore, but I couldn’t get there in time. The third representative offered to put me on any flight we could find, but no one could find a flight to get on. Anyway point is they sent me $200 per person for the inconvenience when they didn’t have to do anything as they were stating it was due to “weather” in Chicago. Considering we needed to get on a Disney cruise the next morning and had to drive overnight without sleep and planning, I don’t think it’s enough, but they did do something. So fingers crossed for you as well!Well, we are back from an amazing trip to DisneyWorld. I will be creating a separate thread on the Budget Board with our experiences using Lynx buses to DisneyWorld and to the airport.
The only bad parts of the trip was the 47 minute wait for a Disney bus to Saratoga Springs at Animal Kingdom closing (and I'm not talking about because the bus was full and we had to wait for the next one, I'm talking about no bus showing up for 47 minutes. This was at 5:35 PM and the bus didn't show until 6:22 and the park closed at 6:00).
And then the worst part on the way back when Southwest flew us from Orlando to Chicago and upon landing in Chicago, we found out our connecting flight to New York was cancelled and they rebooked us on a flight the next night going to Kansas City and then to New York. We went to customer service and they told us the only flight available to the Northeast that day was to Washington DC, which is 250 miles away from New York. Since we had to be back for work, we had no choice but to fly to DC and then take an Amtrak train back to New York costing $138. Instead of getting home at 7:30 PM, we got home at 1AM. We applied for reimbursement from Southwest for the Amtrak train, but I am not holding my breath.
I would think with the current DOT rules that SW would make you whole (their commitment at the link below), but also do you have a CC that has trip interruption coverage? That may also help.We applied for reimbursement from Southwest for the Amtrak train, but I am not holding my breath
I am so sorry about ALL Of this... that is so frustrating.Well, we are back from an amazing trip to DisneyWorld. I will be creating a separate thread on the Budget Board with our experiences using Lynx buses to DisneyWorld and to the airport.

Only if it was controllable. If it was due to weather or FAA delays the airline’s sole responsibility is to book you on their next available flight or refund segments you didn’t fly.I would think with the current DOT rules that SW would make you whole (their commitment at the link below), but also do you have a CC that has trip interruption coverage? That may also help.
