Updated before and after pictures

This was taken many moons ago (about 5 years), I weighed about 220 pounds in this picture.

It has been a very long journey and it is a journey I am still making but.....

This was taken two weeks ago, I weigh in at 157 pounds.

That's fantastic-what an inspiration! I'm so glad to see someone post before and after pictures. Last year, someone posted before and after pictures of her weight loss (I'm so sorry I can't remember who). Well, those pictures are what kept me going the most-when I saw the before and after pictures of her back-odd, I know, but those pictures really inspired me when I was at my lowest and hungriest. Thanks so much for posting these.
