Updated 9/6**I must be crazy cause I took 5 kids to WDW alone! -

Goodness, I go on vacation to Disney World and end up missing a couple of your installments. We ate at the Prime Time for the first time this trip. We had a lot of fun with our server, Byron. We'll definitely go there again.

Looking forward to more.

Sorry, Debra, I've been a baaaaad DISser :flower3: I'm caught up on your awesome TR now though!

Poor Uncle T - my mom used to do the same thing because she was really terrified to fly. Somehow, she's gotten past it now, thankfully!

Awww, I'm sad for Omicron :sad2: Next time, little dude! :thumbsup2

I'm totally looking forward to TGMR - it looks so fun! I'm glad you all had a good time, except for that little bit that was scary for Delta

Wow! How does anyone have 100 meal credits left?! :confused3

Love the "homework" - great way to pass the time! :goodvibes

"WHO GOOGLED? HAND ME THE GOOGLER. THERE IS NO GOOGLING AT THE DINNER TABLE YOUNG MAN"

This made me literally :lmao:

great update and pics.

no googling at the table. :rotfl2:
Thanks Scott!

Glad you got to ride TSM it's so cool!!!!

And how funny about no Googling :rotfl:
I love TSM! It is probably my favorite 'family' attraction that we all can enjoy. Of course I love the thrill rides best :goodvibes

Hi Lisa. Just come when you can.

He has had this since he was a child. You wouldn't believe it though since he has flown to Mexico, South America, and Aruba this summer  Just glad I wasn't sitting next to him on the plane

Take 2

After our lovely meal at Prime Time we decided to split up. Chi really wanted to see the HSM3 show and the boys (especially DH) wanted to see the Indiana Jones show. So with our bellies full Chi and I strolled through the stores and headed towards the hat. She noticed that Beast had just started and it was a 30 minute wait for the HSM3 to show so asked if we could see a few minutes of Beast while we waited.

That's my girl! :cloud9:

I said of course and we hurried along to the Beauty and the Beast stage and took us some seats near the back so we could easily leave. She was still singing "Provencial Life" so we only missed a couple of minutes at the most. We left just before it was over and made our way to the hat again. I learned how they move the ropes after the stage is rolled into place from the HSM1 show and we positioned ourselves to get front and center seats.

Then we met back up with the DH and the boys. Uncle T had decided to go his own way for a while. The boys were starting to get cranky and I was calculating how much time we had left until we reached their melting points. DH said he wanted to ride TOT and I wanted to ride the RNRC again so we headed down Sunset. We decied DH would ride TOT with Alpha and Chi then I would ride RNRC with Alpha and Chi when they were done.

They used the FP from earlier in the day and I was just trying to find some shade for the boys and me so we headed to the RNRC gift shop. After 5 minutes Alpha called me to ask where I was. I told him and he hung up.

After a few more minutes I see the three of them walking around the corner. Chi had her arms crossed and was clearly mad. DH explained that Alpha chickened out at the last minute and they had to take the wimpy elevator exit. This is exactly what he had done last year on the RNRC so DH and I weren't too thrilled either.

We decided that I would ride RNRC with Chi and Alpha then he would try TOT again with just Chi. I told Alpha that he better make sure he wanted to ride before he got in line with me because I wouldn't bring him back out like his dad did. Yes, I am sure that will get me MOTY award.

We used our baby swap ticket that I had secured earlier in the day and were on in a flash. When we got off we met DH in the gift shop holding a sleeping baby T with Omicron and Delta beside him.

DH looked exhausted and said "You won't believe what Tau did while you were gone!"

Oh no, sorry they missed out on ToT it's so annoying when kids do that and OMG what did Tau do? popcorn::

Ok, I'm all caught up. I go to Disney for a week and miss 2 chapters.

So now I should be starting my trip report... but it's more fun to catch up on yours!

Glad you got to catch the HSM show - my DD5 asked for 4 hours to watch it, we got part way through, and the rain started. They cancelled the show from a few rain drops :headache:

Can't wait to hear what Tau did while you were gone :happytv:

Well, I, for one, think it would. I love a good read, and these TR's on this particular one have been just outstanding. Keeps me on the edge of my seat:bitelip: and ready to get to the next installment.popcorn:: As for Baby T-Tau:littleangel:, I don't know of that child could surprise me anymore. He can do some of the most "off-the-wall stuff, that leaves you scratching your head and saying "Whaaaa? the heck was that all about:confused3? And, let's face it Disboard Fans, when Chi princess: is mad or upset about something, EVERYONE knows just by the look on her beautiful face in 5 seconds :hourglass or less. But, in just a very few minutes, she is back to her usual lovable , sunny, smiling:goodvibes, sweet self :cutie: again. She is kinda like me, you know, Miss Suzie Sunshine:rolleyes1. Got to go, I am having a hard time keeping my focus on anything for longer than 30seconds or more. I really think I just need a short nap, say, uummm, 4 hours or so. Bye, ya'll..

I say good for you sayign that, I had told the girl I took that if she gets in a line she is on the ride. Everest almost killed her but she did it. :rotfl2:

great update

Take 3

I could tell by the exasperated look on my husband's face that he did not have fun while we went to the Aerosmith concert. My baby was calmly sleeping in his arms and when I offered to take him he said no, he is finally asleep and I don't want him to wake up. "Well, what happened?"

And this is what I was told.

When Chi and I got in the FP line for the RNRC Tau started screaming "I WANT MY MOMMY!" and chasing us up the line running past the CM bouncer that checks the FP tickets at the entrance. So DH had to run through the line to get Tau. He picked him up and carried him back through the line the whole while he was yelling "I WANT MY MOMMY! LET ME DOWN!!! I WANT MY MOMMY!!!"

Poor DH offered him everything, his monorail, food, drink, trying to calm him down. Nothing was working. He was still screaming for his mother. Two CMs approached him and asked if there was a problem. DH tried to explain that I was on the ride and he didn't want to wait for me but that I would return shortly and everything would be ok then. The CM suggested that they go ride TSM. DH said we already rode that today and I told my wife that I would be here.

DH decided he would take Tau into the bathroom in hopes that getting out of the sun he could calm him down. As he was walking to the restrooms he noticed that the CMs were following him and constantly talking to someone on a two way radio. So DH was afraid to take him into the restroom because at this point he was sure they didn't believe his story.

Still holding Tau (and him still yelling) he took the boys to the RNRC dump shop and as soon as the cold air conditioning hit Tau he put his head on his dad's shoulder, his little eyes closed, and he fell fast asleep.

And that is how I found him when we exited the ride. DH said he just wanted to ride TOT and he was done. So he hands Tau over to me and DH and Chi head over to TOT. The CM told him that since they had to leave the ride they could take the same service elevator back to the ride and hop right on.

While they were on uncle Tony caught back up to us and said he was ready to go back too. I asked all the boys and everyone was ready to go back.

Except for me.

So I had an idea. A wonderful idea! DH could take the boys back and Chi and I could stay behind.

So when DH gets back I tell him my plan and he starts pouting. "I want to stay too" he said. So I reminded him that he just told me he was riding TOT then he was done for the day. He said he was just mad but was fine now. He tries to talk the boys into staying but they all wanted to head back so eventually he saw that my plan was a great plan and decided to play along.

Take 4

You are in luck. I have a break in between loads of laundry and have just enough time for another update.

So the boys left to head back to the room and Chi and I browsed through the shops and looked at the schedule to see what we wanted to try to do. The boys had been gone for about 10 minutes before DH called me.

Apparently I still had the keys to the van.

We trotted back to the gate and I passed the keys to him. I made sure he wasn't upset about splitting up. He assured me he needed to go back to the room to swim.

Chi and I decided we would try for a backlot tour. We walked all the way to the back of the park and discovered it was closed. We have yet to see the backlot tour. Def one we will make a priority next year. So instead we walked through the One Man's Dream attraction where I saw the ultimate Disney collection

Next, we made our way to the American Idol Experience Finale. We were about 45 minutes before they started letting people find seats and they were already packed. Soon we were seated near center on the second row.

The stage was quite impressive and the host did a great job of getting the audience pumped up. Since this was the finale they had the winner of each of the 7 shows from earlier in the day. They were all good but one girl stood out above the others and really stole the show. The judges were hysterical. They didn't impersonate the judges on the AI television show, but rather had similar personalities. There was two female and one male judge. The male judge was kinda snobbish (like Simon), one female was cool (Randy) and the third was air headed (Paula). Once she said that the performance was so hot that her arm pits were sweaty. I about fell out of my seat laughing.

After AI we headed back to TOT to see how long the wait was. Luckily I still had two FP from earlier in the day so we dropped one last time. I have ridden TOT at least 20 times and I have never seen this happen. After a few drops we were jerked back up and we saw the screen of the 5 who were electrocuted again. Then we dropped several more times. Has anyone else seen that?

After TOT I called Cheryl to see if they were still in the parks. Luckily they were and I asked if we could get a ride back home. They said sure if we would save them a spot in Fantasmic.

We turned the corner and saw that the line was already half way down the street for the second show which would start for another hour.

All caught up! Poor DH with Tau - I'm sure they were suspect of him! :scared1:

Otherwise, it sounds like a nice day - but one of the reasons we don't do Fantasmic is that kind of line. I just can't deal with missing so much touring time to wait for the show. ;)

I know but Chi wanted to since she missed the first 5 minutes last year. Plus that was the agreement we made with Cheryl since they were our ride home.

Wow I suppose it's good the CM's were watching your hubbie but horrid for him, thank goodness Tau finally fell asleep!

Lucky you getting some extra park time, sounds as though you're in for a long wait for Fantasmic though!

Hey Deb! :wave2: Now that the eyes are getting better I am trying to catch up on all my subbed TR's.

Glad that the CM's were on the ball, but your DH must have been mortified:eek:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEB's MOM!:yay::dance3::cheer2:

Good morning everyone. Thank you for all the Happy Birthdays and best wishes. I had a really good one. First of all, my oldest DD was in a race with Chi princess: to see which one of them could be the first to call me and wish me a happy :bday:party::cake:birthday. I still don't know which one it was, because I was playing phone tag between my house phone and my cell phone. Usually I have the cordless with my cell, but for some reason, I had put them in two different places. Later on, I talked to DD:laundy:, and she wished me a happy birthday. Later, I talked to my youngest son, who happened to be in Orange Beach getting ready to cast off for a day of deep sea fishing. The last one(of my children) to call me was my oldest son. I thought he had said he was going to the Auburn football(War Eagle!) game, but instead he was studying. He has gone back to school to get a degree. I wonder what he is going to be when he grows up:confused3? Seriously, he is working towards a degree for a Civil Engineer. That evening, I went to a concert. My niece had won some tickets to go see Confederate Railroad, whom I had wanted to see for a long time, and another singer showed up as a surprise, someone else I had wanted to see for a long time, Doug Stone. It was my niece, my sister, and me. Well, I need to get up from here and get started, I had just wanted to tell all of you, Thanks bunches. Bye, ya'll:wave:

So sorry to your husband I would have been so embarrassed.

Great installments.

We are back from Europe now so will be keeping up.
