That's awful about the stroller, my cousin's had the same thing happen and they had bought a new one for the trip and someone took and it was never seen again.

I've tried to surprse my DS 5, but he's been so many times that th LAST time (over Labor Day) he just shrugged and said, "well, OK - as long as I get to ride Buzz Lightyear and shoot aliens..." Really? That's it?

But I got the last laugh - we didn't even go to MK...went to DHS and did TSM and Star Tours for the first time...NOW I am the BEST MOM EVER!

But seriously - take care of that flu-bug and write when you feel better! REST!!!!!

Awww, thanks!!! The surprise went great! It was the highlight of the trip for me.

Subbing! Love hearing stories of kids being suprised with the trip. We have decided to suprise our kids with a Fall break trip next Oct. They know about our trip next Dec, but have NO idea about our "other trip". Luckily I still have lots of time to figure out the perfect way to tell them.

I got the paint at Hobby Lobby and I think you can get it at party stores too. It was a lot of fun hearing all of the honks on the way there. I highly recommend doing it

I saw your video on FB, soooooooooo cute!! I'm so sorry about the stroller! That worried me so much on our trip, even though we took a P.O.C. that ds never sat in, lol. I can't wait to read more about the trip. I have another 377 days to go and it's brutal waiting, LOL

Hello there!!! Glad you found me too! Such a bummer when trips don't go perfectly, but looking back on it, we had a great time. I guess you just lose your perspective sometimes when you're in the middle of it all.

It was hard to keep the secret. Trust me! But my kids are still young enough that I didn't have to be too careful. They're pretty gullible
