I was really jealous for your Halloween time trip. I am excited to get both Christmas and not Christmas.

Well, we decided to break from our normal routine. We are staying all five nights but we are only doing four Disney days. We are going to go to Knott's Berry Farm on one of the days. We are all really excited. Scotty and I haven't been since we were kids and our kids have never gone. Kacy is especially excited, se has wanted to go there for years.

Three weeks tomorrow we will be at Disneyland at this time. They are open until midnight that night and I plan on staying as late as I can handle it!

I am just thinking that I might not feeling like the late night after the drive down. Of course Scotty will probably be doing the driving. The parks don't open until 10 the next day so the late night might not be so bad.

If you can sleep in little on late night, you might make it. One our main late night, plan on sleeping til about 10. THEN head to DTD for our lunch adr, eat, hit Lego store for Trent and then head to MK.

I was wrong on the hours. The parks open at 9am and then Disneyland closes at 10pm the first day we are there, and for the rest of the week it closes at 9pm. DCA closes at 9pm on Monday and 8pm the rest of the days we are there. That's not bad. Since we don't have more than two people sharing a shower we don't have to be up too terribly early for our showers. That makes for not too early morning. Thank goodness.

Well, we are inside 3 weeks. I got my backpacks in the mail today and of course Loren and Kody both want them. I have told Kody that she can use the blue one in the parks. She has a Cars backpack but because it is a kids backpack it isn't really very comfortable for her to wear and these have nice pads on the straps. They are daypacks and one even has a padded laptop pocket.

How fun!! I was 15 the last time I went to Knott's Berry Farm. So it's been quite a few years for me. Can't wait to hear what you guys think of it. I really want to bring the kids but Disney just keeps calling us back.

I have been twice since then. One trip I went with my best friend and then in 2012 Scotty an I went for our second honeymoon. Loren went last November with his best friend and his family. The girls haven't been since 2010.
