Wow I am so happy to say I have lost 15 pounds in the past month and a half! I started the South Beach diet then after a month of it I basically modified it to fit my lifestyle(it was a bit too rigid for me) I basically watch my simple sugar content and watch my carbs. I stick only with the good carbs but I do reward myself on weekends with a small portion of some sort of naughty food so I won't crave and binge. I eat dark chocolate when I crave chocolate and low fat yogurt when I crave sweets. I make sure to have at least two cups of veggies with lunch and dinner and fruit 3 times a day and as much water as I can stand!
I really want to thank the W.I.S.H. board! I was feeling down and dumpy 2 wks ago and reading many of the posts it made me pick my butt up and push forward to lose more! Thanks so much!
