update w/pics - twist on Mickey lamp post...

I am a lover of all things POOH!! Who'd have ever thunk it?!!
So tomorow, hubby and I are going to work on a project for our trip to the "fort". We are taking the mickey lamp post idea, and we're going to try doing one of Pooh's head!! If it turns out ok, I'll take a picture and post it.

Wish us luck...we're of to Lowe's tomorow!

We bought an 8 inch ceiling lamp globe with base and wiring attached for $19.99 at Lowes. After wiring it for lamp we simply attached to top of PVC with silacone and 3 screws to secure it to post. It was quite easy and lots of fun.
