I wanted to tell all about the GREAT weekend we had at Disneyland! We stayed at the Ramada Maingate across the street from the park. It was nice and adequate for the little time we spent in our room... sleeping:)
The parks were busy but NOT NEAR as bad as Christmas. We were there Christmas 2010 and unless we were given a free trip, we'd never do Christmas week again. Too much stress. But this holiday was very manageable. Carsland was the busiest because it's new. You cannot get a Fastpass to Radiator Springs Racers unless you get to the park as they're opening for the day and you stand in the loooong line for a fastpass. I was in line at 9 and my Fastpass time was 5-6 pm! The wait for the ride in line was 2 1/2 hours... no joke. We also got the Magic Morning Hour at the Magic Kingdom on Staurday morning. That hour and about two hours after were really quiet in the park, then it started to pick up. In that hour we got right on It's a Small World, twice. Pirates, twice. Space Mountain & Star Tours once. Thunder Mountain Railroad, three times. Alice in Wonderland, once. Such an amazing trip. So glad we were able to do this! Whatever Disney vacation you have planned, I hope it's as magical as ours was!!!:wizard:

Glad you had a great trip, I am sure we shared some lines together. Good thing you used your MM on Saturday at DL as RSR was not open in the morning for some time.
