While DD and I were in WDW last December, my cat got out and didn't return home for 5 days. DH and DS were convinced he was dead, but out of the blue, he showed up 5 days later, cold and hungry. They lost a lot of sleep over trying to decide when and how to tell us! So, you should never give up. I hope your cat comes home soon. I am so sorry. Debby
Wow, she is a beautiful girl. Stunning picture. Don't let the cold weather scare you John, you would be surprised how cats can find a way to stay warm, I'll bet she just found a small space to crawl into and is keeping warm that way. Keeping you both in my prayers.
Wow, that is one incredibly gorgeous kitty. I sure do hope that she finds her way home. Don't give up because cats are amazing that way. My heart goes out to you.
The neighbor in the back was taking his mail out to the mail box and wrang my doorbell (at 5:45am!) to tell me he thought she was under his car. Sure enough, there she was. Now we've got tears of joy. She seems to be physically ok but a little out of sorts. She's drinking a lot of water but hasn't eaten anything yet. Because of her age (20), I'm going to take her to the vet just to make sure.
Thanks again for all your kind words, thoughts and prayers.
sooo happy for you!!! glad she turned up, i knew she would, cats are pretty smart and tough cookies too!! i would take her to the vets too, just to be sure. peace of mind is a wonderful thing!!
give her a pat for me!
I just found this thread. I am so happy for you that there was such a happy ending and she is back at home where she belongs. I can only imagine how relieved you must be. She is a beautiful cat!! Give her a big hug!!!
