UPDATE: Rock N Rollercoaster Rehab

The DisneyWorld website now has the dates listed for the Rock N Rollercoaster Rehab:

January 2, 2007 - January 21, 2007.

I know alot of members on here have been asking.. Hope this helps!

I'm a little sad about Splash Mountain & RRC being down while DH and I are at Disney. We'll be there for 2 nights before going on the Disney cruise Jan. 7th. SM is my favorite ride and RRC is DH's favorite . I would have been extremely upset had we not been there in October and got to ride them.

I will be there from the 19-23rd so I guess that answers my "should we go to MGM Sunday morning" I guess we'll go the morning of the 22nd. How accurate are they on guessing the dates? Could it be delayed past the 21st?

I'm praying they stick to these dates. We thought we would miss this ride but if it reopens on Jan 22nd we'll be ok.

Plus if Splash reopens on time we can do that on our last day.

So we'll only miss El Rio del Tiempo

Well, DD is off the hook- she said she'd try RnR this January (she is a roller coaster fraidy-cat). I'm still bribing her to do BTMRR and E:E, though.

We arrive on 12/31 and after spending all day at Epcot we're going over to MGM for extra magic hours just so I can ride RnRC and then sleep, we didn't schedule MGM until the 2nd , then it would be too late.

I am giving my DD a Trip to WDW for xmas. I just came back in April with my Ds. Rock in Roll roller coaster is all he has talked about. When my DD finds out about the trip she will be disappointed to know it will be closed while we are there!

This news makes me want to cry and change our dates!!!! My son is finally tall enough to ride. Are the closures ever shorter than expected? We arrive the 13th and leave the 20th.
