Update re: unreceived guide book & VM

Now I know why we have not yet received our vacation magic or member guidebook!! When I called Member Services this morning, they told me that "Members closing after 7/15/2002 should call on or after November 1 if they have not received the member guidebook by that date." The CM I spoke with was very helpful and actually had a list of expected receipt dates based on closing dates. Apparently they cannot mail 60,000 member guidebooks all at once , so we latecomers should expect ours by 11/1. So, just to test the accuracy of this information , here is the question-- has anyone who closed after 7/15/2002 received their member guidebook for 2003 yet?

We closed in May and still haven't received ours yet.

We closed back in February and still haven't received our guidebook. A call to MS around October 1 brought us our VM, but we're still waiting for our guidebook. Last week I Emailed MS, so we'll see if we get one.

I called MS last Thursday and told them I had not yet received my Guidebook and she said she would take care of it, and lo and behold! it arrived today! The postmark on the package was the day I called! Now that's service.

However, I still have not yet received Vacation Magic.

We closed after 7/15 and we have not received a guidebook or VM. I'll give it one more week before calling.
