update on universal parks

I heard that universal studios will have rides based on toy lines like Hasbro and Mattel? I also heard that they will be making parks in China and England?

A quick google shows me that the Hasbro thing isn't happening, Mattel is for toys, Universal Studios is already in Japan and Singapore and will be opening in China*, and it's actually Paramount opening a park in England.


*Disney in Shanghai, Universal in Beijing...two places DH will never let me visit due to the insane levels of pollution. Even HE had to wear a serious filter face mask every time he went outside, and by the end of his work trip he was suffering asthma symptoms (and he's not asthmatic)...I'd probably end up in the hospital 3 days into a trip to either of those cities. I just don't understand why they are building there...
