Dan, I am so sorry to hear about Doc :( I will keep him in my prayers. I hope however long you have with him, will be a joyous time. Give the guy a hug for me!

Dan, I was wondering how old Doc is, he sure is a handsome guy. :goodvibes Glad he's gotten some good quality time with you and hope this next round helps him get more. (Amazing to me about the adriamycin and cytoxan). :grouphug:

Dan,

BEAUTIFUL Rotti! My mom's Rotti- Vito, passed away in 2003 also from Lymphoma. Doc certainly looks like a happy boy.....best of luck to him and you all.

Gosh, he looks so much like Vito, what's he go about 140lbs? I love the Box Rotti's- case of soda on his back - etc... sorry your going through this, but thanks for sharing his pictures, makes me remember Vito.

I'm so sorry to hear about Doc Dan

I was talking with Marie about Doc at the DIS Meet in November, and I could relate to what was going on because my precious German Shepherd, Sampson, passed away from Lymphnoma.

My heart goes out to you, your family, and Doc, and I pray that his treatment goes well. Please keep us updated on how he is doing. I will be thinking of him, because I would hate for this disease to take another member of another wonderful family.

The pictures of him are great!!! He's a beautiful dog!!!

Take care Dan, and God Bless!!!

Dan, Doc is a beautiful creature. I will keep you, Doc, and your family in my thoughts. I truly hope you are granted more time with him.

Best of luck for Doc.

Cancer is such a horrible disease. We lost Hank to it, you remember that all too well. Doc is a beautiful dog!! I know he has a good life in the Murphy house!!!

Sorry for the sad news on Doc. Sending along good wishes.

He's a beauty and he's very lucky to have such dedicated owners.

I hope that he beats the odds again. :grouphug:

Dan, I'm so sorry to hear about Doc. Hopefully the vets will be able to get him back in remission with the chemo & Doc will again exceed their expectations. Amazing how much we come to love our fur babies, huh?

Doc and your family are in my prayers.

Oh Dan, so sorry to hear about Doc! :grouphug: We'll be keeping him in our prayers. Charlie and Sheba paw: paw: (our fur-babies) send their good wishes, too. Doc's a cutie! :dog2:

You will be in my thoughts, we just put or ****zu to sleep tonight and it was the hardest thing, we almost lost her when she was 2 so having her till she was 8 was an extra 6 years of furry love.
Again, Gretel, so sorry for your loss yesterday, just know well little Gretel is there by that Rainbow Bridge.

........I do however, STRONGLY believe in the power of prayer and will be saying lots of them, specifically directed to St Francis. There has been a few times over the past few years that I thought for sure that Thumper was not going to make it through the night and as you are well aware, he is still with us.........
Doc has also been in prayers to good old St Francis over the years, Colleen. Also, he even got a bit of ashes from this past Wednesday. And Thumper is such a trooper, it was so nice to meet him last year.

Linda, Doc is about 6 1/2, birthday back in early October. He was so young when diagnosed, just a bit over 4. And yes, surprised us also with the same meds as people get.

Brandy, Doc hovers right at about 150#'s, plus or minus a few. I think once he was about 160, but 150 is his normal.

Thanks so much for the nice thoughts and wishes here, always a comfort, along with prayers. And so sad to read of all the other little buddies who are either sick or who have gone on to the Rainbow Bridge. These guys sure do work there way into our hearts, don't they? :goodvibes Thanks again.

Oh Dan, I'm so sorry to hear about Doc. I will keep you all in thoughts and prayers. Our fur babies are so much a part of our life that I know how horrible this must be for you all.

Dan~ I'm so sorry to hear what you and Doc are having to go through! He is a gorgeous dog! After we had to have our beloved German Shepard put to sleep a few years ago, (She had DM:degenerative myelopathy, like MS in people), I took comfort in the fact that we had given her a great home, and that she was in a better place. It's so tough on us however, when they're ill, that we're actually still dog-less. I know we'll get another dog at some point, but I wish their lifespans were more like ours! I hope Doc does well from his treatments and has more years with you. It sounds like you've already done a great job extending his life! He's very fortunate to have you! :grouphug:

Oh, Dan, I am so sorry. He is so gorgeous. Praying for a long remission.
