Still trying since 6am EST, Tuesday, June 26, 2012, nothing online for Epcot's Candlelight Processional Package.
I am not surprised.
Maybe something will be online in a couple of weeks.
I guess that I'll be calling at 7am EST.

I am still trying the original Disney Epcot Candlelight Processional Package at both links. No update or no new information at http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/par...k14-06-12@0002 nor at http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/din...light-dinners/ .
And if you scroll down this link to different events, you will see some events have a "Booking Link", but not for the Epcot Candlelight Processional Packages. Instead it just has a phone number. http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/din...t&fv_222813=on
I guess that I will be calling Disney Dining with everyone else at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463
Things to remember when calling by phone.
1. Ask for Epcot Candlelight Processional Package.
2. Give them the Date that you want.
3. Then you may want to ask what restaurants that you may want to see what is available or new; prices, etc..
4. Tell them which of the three shows that you want.
5. They will give you options of time slots.
6. No one really knows anything about credit card requirements, or restaurants or times or prices until we all call for this year's event.
To give you an idea of last years information when you call, you can look at this list and see what they say online is different with what I said above.
Last year the dining time slots for 2011 were below:
