So I posted the below because I could not make ADRs in MDE. I would get as far as the book now screen but it was grayed out. I deleted and reinstalled app.
I added multiple cards. I tried over and over.
I phoned Disney dining. No luck. Transfer t help desk, no clue.
Posted here, no joy.
Emailed tech Support, crickets.
Phoned tech support, and CM said not possible to make ADRs from MDE in an iPad. Known glitch, no fix. Go through website. What???
Got email back from tech support 5 days later. Make sure country code is in profile next to phone.
Voila. I can make ADRs from MDE.
In case anyone else runs into.

I am trying to book ADRs for an upcoming trip.
I have saved i2 different credit cards and gets as far as where I should be able to click book now after accepting policies. But it is light green and not clickable. I called Disney dining. Great CM, but her couldn’t help. Transferred me to the help desk, but she could t help with the app.
What am I missing?
