A poster who works at the Coronado posted that she saw the list today and the World Showcase restaurants, CSR restaurants (Pepper Market, etc.) and Yak & Yeti are on the list for 2009.
I still fail to understand the logic behind waiting to inform people of this. Many people want to make reservations... which can also be refered to as spend more money at WDW. This just slows down the process of planning and then requires mad scampering and then many levels of frustration when it becomes difficult to get reservations.
As a graphic artist, I can say with a high level of experience, that it is nothing to update that pdf file with the restaurants and also the website. Both of these can be done very quickly and frequently. There must be some other explanation that we may never learn the reason for.
Ultimately, I think that this is not Disney's best effort. With the amount people spend there and as much as they need people during the present economy, why would you want to give people a reason to get so frustrated over things that are so easy to fix? There is no reason why frequent updates can't be made.
I would love to know this as well. I Haven't really heard much mention of them -- just world showcase and CSR restaurants. In my non-scientific opinion it seems like downtown disney restaurants are the most likely to go off the plan in the first place.

according to the dining person I talked to tuesday the list has updated. the ONLY DD places are raglan road,.capt. jacks, wolfgang pucks, & planet hollywood.
all world showcase restaurants are on the list.
I had been waiting to purchase my dining plan till I heard the final list. (already made my reservations, just waitign to see if 'my' places were on it to make it worthwhile)
Just got off the phone with a CM she told me the dinning plan is now finalized and you can acess the final list at the WDW website. Wanted to let everyone know!
go to wdw website and click on dinning, if you look through the list, it will tell you if it is on the DDP or not, this is correct, but a new brochure has not been released yet.
