Update 9-11 MCS!...Can we keep it a surprise???? Our June trip to WDW w/ pics

Moving Week! We close on our new house today and are starting to make the big move this week. Hopefully by the time the Movers come on Thursday the new house will be ready. Once this move is over... I will need to focus on WDW- we won't have too long to go.

As a side story.... we were at my parents house and Hannah was looking at a WDW album from an earlier trip with my parents. There were pictures of POFQ (we stayed at Riverside and swam there one afternoon). DH looked at me.... isn't that where we are staying.... right in front of Hannah! I was horrifed...and said maybe our next trip! Later that night I reminded him that he will be the one to blow the surprise!

CONGRATULATIONS!:woohoo: That is so exciting! I hope the move goes smoothly for you! Gosh, it sure is stressful trying to keep that surprise isn't it:headache: but it will be soooooooooo worth it if you can hold out!:goodvibes

I'm glad I found your PTR. I loved reading your TR last time.

We are going in May and are also expecting a September baby! How fun.

Any changes to your dining? How did the move go?

Hello!! I found your old TR from a posting you made on Tim and Lesley's page and enjoyed every minute of it! I HAD to hop on this Pre-TR to find out all about this next trip, AND to let you know that we will be down at WDW at the same time this year--we are going 06/06-06/15! I am also from the Greater Cincinnati area, used to be a teacher (before I had DD), and have a 4yo DD that was born in Sept 03. So much in common!!! Oh, and I just happen to LOVE Disney just like you!!! ;o) Anyway, just wanted to say "hi!" Congratulations on your pregnancy and the big move!! What a LOT of things going on for you all---AND the Muskies doing well in the Big Dance! YEAH! Can't wait to hear more!

Congrats on the new house! :cheer2:

:scared1: I am sure that your DH learned his lesson! My DH let the cat out of the bag at our house, but I took it as a good thing that he was excited about it enough to talk about it. :) He didn't realize I was keeping it a secret.

I am so excited that I found your PTR...I read your TR from August and I really enjoyed it :goodvibes I am so happy for you that you are getting to go back!

Just finished the XU game!! Go Muskies! I thought you might enjoy that! Hope Moving Day went well and you are "relaxing" in your new home! Take it easy, especially with Baby #3 on the way!! Jen (aka Megansmom!)

Ohhh Surprises! Love it! We're surprising our kids to. I may have missed it, but how are you planning on surprising her? And kudos for you for going while you're pregnant! I could never do that! But I have pretty rough pregnancies. Good luck with the move!

Subscribing, we are going in June also. Congratulations on the baby. I think it is great you are taking a WDW trip before the baby is born!

What about the Cape May Cafe breakfast? They have the main gang. But that's breakfast...

There is also the Garden Grill, but that's at Epcot.

Hmmm...I am not being very helpful :(.

Cape May is in the running. Who exactly is there?

We are moved.... a little tired but glad to be in our new house. I have had no time to think WDW... better get back to planning!

Have a great trip in May and thanks for reading along.... congrats on your new addition too! We find out what we are having next week- we did not know with the girls so I am excited!

No recent changes to dining.... and the move went as good as we could hope. All a little tired!

The X games were the only break in the moving week.... boy I was proud of my team!

I would like to make it till the morning of and wake the girls up then and tell them! I think that would be so much fun...we will see! I think this will be a pretty relaxing trip...no commado for me!

It will be fun to have one more trip before baby.... a lot easier to take two than three, especially if the third is a little tike! Thanks for joining!

The biggest hitch of the move....is after a week we still have no internet. So I am without DIS and internet in general. Plus I have grades to do! Hope to be back soon with some more planning!

We can't be disappointed in making the Elite 8!!! We just got back from WDW and tried to keep up with the games the whole time we were there. My husband was wearing X shirts most days and lots of people would stop him to comment.

You wanted to know about the results of our shorter trip and only visiting two parks. It was GREAT! Our last two trips were almost two weeks and this one was only four days. We were more exhausted because we pushed through the parks with more intensity but it was still great. I didn't miss not going to Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom at all.

No Dis!!:scared1:

I hope the grades go by quickly, I hate report card time!

Hi there! I read your last trip report (and loved it!) and was so happy to see you planning another trip to WDW! And congrats on your baby to be, and new house! :goodvibes

We went this past August and ate a lot of character meals and tried the Garden Grill b/c the characters were supposed to be lots of fun, and we were not dissapointed! I have three boys (ds9, ds6 and ds2) along with a dd4 so even though we had a lot of princess meals, we had to find some with the classic gang. I thought the Garden Grill was fantastic, the food was good, the characters very, very fun and the kids dessert (decorate your own cupcake) was a hit! So you might want to consider that.

Also, we went to disney when I was pregnant with dd in August (I was 5 months pregnant) and it was such a great trip! We took it slow and relaxed and looking back it was such a special trip. :lovestruc I loved, loved, loved being in the most magical place in the world while our precious baby was growing in my tummy! So don't let anyone scare you off!:thumbsup2

Hi!
I will be there the same time as you guys (pretty much). June 5-9th.
I thought I read that the dining surcharge was only until the 5th. Did I read wrong?

We were in WDW the last Elite 8 and wore our X gear... so glad you did not miss the 2 parks.... I think relaxing will be so great! I am worn out after the move and can't wait for WDW!

HI! I loved your last trip, I am glad I found you realatively early!

I hated report card time...I always wanted to do them properly....

In my new position I don't do grades as I teach teachers...:lmao: But I do miss those elementary comments... :)

Congrats on the new baby. AND the New House!

jealous of your trip! I wish we got out that early. We go until the 27th of June... :(

Yes... I have a stack of report cards to proof tomorrow.... but at least they are "done". I can't believe only nine weeks until the end of school and our trip. I need to really think about our dining and start to organize things, like a packing list that the girls don't know about!

doesn't it feel like we just started this school year? :lmao:
I always got nervous before parent teacher conferences... Even after all these years...I still get nervous at parent meetings. Throw me in a class with 30 8 year olds (even 30 18 year olds) and I'm fine...but give me one parent that is slightly upset....I can't handle it!
