Upcoming trips and Magical Express mail?

I have a beginning of July trip planned and have not received my Magical Express information in the mail. Plenty of time of course, but usually have it by now. I'm curious if those with late spring/summer trips have received their info in the mail yet?

We usually receive ours about three weeks before we need them.

I believe its mailed roughly 30 days prior to travel. There are sometimes exceptions - I know I've gotten mine months in advance when I register for DME using the online form. But typically, I would expect to receive it in early June for an early July trip.

We received our DME mailing in early April for our (now cancelled) May trip, and this was during the shut down. Not sure if anything has changed since then.

I have a trip starting June 4th. We are signed up for magical express. I have not received anything as of yet.

Thanks for replies! I use the online form. Thought I usually had the documents by now. I'm not holding my breath around this July trip, but I was curious if others got their Magical Express information yet.

We received ours for our late April trip...it was a sad reminder.

Our Trip is July 7-15, I went ahead and filled in the online form and received two emails. The confirmation email and an automatic reply email that stated that they may not have the ability to create or mail the letter/tags before our arrival. The email serves as the magical express letter they mail you, it had the mco map on it/directions on how to get around. Stated to follow the directions outlined in the email in case your letter/tags don't make it to you before you arrive.

Interesting! I got the acknowledgement/summary email, but nothing else. I guess they must be on a skeleton crew right now.

Yeah we got ours for our end of Apr/early May trip about 4 or 5 days after I cancelled the trip. I felt like crying as I tore the yellow tags, now useless, up and tossed them.
