Yeah, but I don't think that was news today -- I think they announced that earlier.

It's because they moved Monsters back -- that was supposed to be Nov. 2012. Ripple effect after that, I suppose.

I'm very much out of the loop for new and future releases. The Monsters Prequel sounds interesting ... can't wait for that!

Monsters was moved because of the twilight film coming out around that same time.

That was true for the first change -- they originally moved the date up a few weeks so it would be out before the Twilight flick. The move to the following summer is not related to Twilight.
