In the lower left hand corner is a triangle, red outline, with ! in it...open the post and click on that. There will be instructions.

Scroll to the bottom of their post and click on the exclamation point on the lower left. If they are PMing you then notify a moderator.

I assume you guys are kidding right? In this instance a User is a poster a person posting messages a person from on this board PMing the OP etc. a member.
