We usually stay offsite in room with a refrigerator/freezer and we freeze bottle waters and bring them to the parks to drink. As they defrost we have cold water to drink. I keep them in an insulated zippered pouch (it came with one of my kids collapsible lunch boxes) and it was cold throughout the whole day.

Another thing I pack is my slippers. Nothing like putting them on after a long day walking in the park. (not to mention the floors)

Love that one! I had never thought about taking slippers!

I bring anti bacterial wipes. They came in handy last time when my little boy "got sick" all over the bathroom...
I also take a blank sheet of paper or small notebook to put in my bag when I go to the parks. If I want to remember something (name of a CM who was great, location of a souvenir i want to go back later and get, etc.) it is so much faster for me to jot it down the old fashioned way that to pull out my phone, look for the right app, and type it in.

Travel size packs of flushable wipes. Even just for adults they come in handy (small sticky spills happen to us all), plus, they can help keep you feeling fresh after all that walking.

Tylenol and advil...everynight I take them...also, lavendar spray for my pillow, peppermint foot lotion..rub that in just before I put my feet in bed and wow!!!! aaaa, how great my poor tired feet feelPhone charger and batteries for my camera...lots of batteries...

I love the power strip suggestion. I have to tell you that I have left more than one charger behind in a hotel room. Andy by the way, it's almost impossible to get it back from the hotel

So, just imagine, you have one power strip and the whole family is encouraged to use that power strip for charging all devices. At the end of the trip, you only have to remember to bring that power strip home.

As it is now, I tend to walk around the room looking for outlets and I inevitably find something plugged in.

Small pump bottle of hand soap to keep at the sink - it prevents you from having to pry the dried up sudsy bar off the sink when you need to wash your hands!

A draw string top plastic bag (like the ones you get when you shop at pac sun) I always carry a small back-pack in the park with me and stuff the plastic bag in the bottom. For rides like KRR or SM, I pull out the bag, drop my back-pack in it, synch it up, and go!

For solo travels I always pack a door stop that is also an alarm ($9 walmart) it's nice to have that little extra security for any hotel room I also can turn it off when I'm traveling with family and can keep the door open to load and unload. I always take flip flops for the shower. If you're staying on Site I've found the tv channels are dull so I always bring a DVD player for rainny days or days when we feel like just staying in the wonderfully decorated Disney room. I also try to get to the bank and get $2 bills it's a nice way to leave a cheap tip for housekeeping and the CM who help with luggage.

We bring this BELKIN MINI CHARGER instead of a power strip. It's small, light and has a USB slot for charging iPhone/iPad.

ZIPLOCK BAGS!!! I buy the big ziplock bag and put it in my backpack, then everything in my backpack goes in the ziplock. On wet rides or in downpours, everything stays dry. I also keep an extra gallon and quart sized bag in my back pack just in case. One time on KRR I had a raft full of happy people throwing cell phones in the gallon bag!

In addition to all of the before mentioned items we also pack an inexpensive, light weight plastic cup-style toothbrush holder to sit on the sink counter.

I forgot to add, bring extra socks..I change mine midday and wow!!! what a difference Maybe a tub mat as well...

It's not what I pack but how I pack. I find that if I fold clothes like normal (flat) but stack them vertically I can fit a lot more into my suitcase.

Individual sticks of Crystal Light .... Take a few into the part and refill water bottles with fountain water. The crystal light will make the fountain water drinkable. (I have four children, and it costs a small fortune for a round of water bottles.)

We also take a case of water with us to keep costs down.
