Unusual graduation request and Romanian mickey head

This is my first time requesting something so hope I'm doing it right.

I have seen lots of great mickey heads filled with the flags of different countries and wonder if someone could make me one in Romanian colors (vertical stripes in blue, yellow, red)

Also, my husband is graduating from college after 6 years of working full time and taking classes at night. I could not be more proud of him. But I can't think of a creative t-shirt design that would celebrate that.

I was thinking maybe something with Mr. Incredible (because being able to work, go to school and be a great dad is something incredible) or something that says "Celebrating the end of 6 years of evening classes" but that sounded cheesey to me. Anyone want to give it a try?
