Unusual Characters

Does anyone know if there is a place to meet Launchpad and Scrooge McDuck in either DLR parks? I recently heard they have been at AKL at WDW, but our next trip will be in DLR and my DD would love to see them.

The Disneyland 80s night coming up in a few weeks (Jan 29?) says it will have some characters from Duck Tales but did not mention names.

They're definitely both at AK, but I haven't ever heard of them at DLR, even on rare character days.

They've been at one of the DVC Events last year, and the 90s night - but at the latter one they were split up. Darkwing and Don Karnage were in Fantasyland and Launchpad and Scrooge were on Main Street if memory serves me right.

Unfortunately on a regular park day your chances are pretty much zero.

And Don Karnage was at the OBB, too, trading off with Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers. Like the other posters, we haven't seen any of those characters in the parks on regular days.
