I KNOW!!! Alex kept saying all the fun stuff we could all do together! Oooohhh.. We should go to the zoo with them, and this and that and the other. Ohhh man. It was a good time, wasnt it? Your DS3 was VERY well behaved! I kept waiting for him to dive under the table or something.

Or swing from the chandelier? j/k!!

We met for lunch at the Rainforest Cafe. It was fun, and the kids were good. Which is ALWAYS pleasant!

Me, Bernice, Melody, and Lynn.. I think Sarah is coming in the night.. Alex gets in that afternoon. Hopefully Shawna comes in that night.

Okay. I'll check with HR when she comes back. I hope she didn't leave for the day because she often leaves early to pick up her daughter from school.

You must not have been paying attention then; he DID dive under the table, I just grabbed the back of his shirt and yanked him back out!

He has this thing now where he'll "accidently" drop something and then HAVE to go get it. He keeps dropping things so he can go under the table and play a bit. YUCK. I need to remind him about the Table Trolls...

No problemo. I know that the other ladies are doing the tour that night...Its from 2-6. but I am pretty sure we will all be hanging out together earlier. but if you dont want to brave it 2 days in a row, I totally understand.

UGH. I've SEEN underneath tables, and it's disgusting!

Their floors looked like they could just hose the place down every night, though, did you notice that? Maybe theirs are cleaner.

I didnt pay attention. I have seen some places that are just GROSS though. When Mikalah did it, we were at Famous Daves... They have remarkably clean floors. At least, that what I tell myself.

SARAH!!! If they do a show in California... I am flying down there and MAKING you go with me. I mentioned it to dh, and he rolled his eyes at me. But he is a bit older... and just doesnt understand! MEN!

I haven't mentioned it to DBF yet but I know he won't want to go! My mom actually wants to go. She told me told today that she still has all of my old New Kids tapes.

My mom bought my sister and I everything New Kids. She took us to their concert at Dodger Stadium. She said she still has a lot of our New Kids stuff.

We are having the living room and dinning room painted today so I am stuck in the kitchen because the rest of the house is sealed off with plastic! I'm going to have to go down to the store to pee. I figuered they would be done by the time I got home but they're not.

I have to DIS from my phone because the computer is on the back porch.

Uggghhh.....ate way too much pizza.....stomach feels like it's going to explode.....why do I do this to myself?

Had a good day at work. Worked 5-1/2 hours, back was hurting a bit, so took a 20 minute nap on the couch and felt as good as new. Figure if I go in for 4 or 5 hours Sat. & Sun. I should be pretty well caught up by Monday.

DH is going to a Friday night poker game at a friend's house, so it's just DS and I tonight. Well us and 1 GIANT pizza!

I don't know why it posted twice. I only hit the button once. So then I went into the 2nd one and edited it to say something else.

So after my many hours of lecture before DD left for Florida, she completely ignored my Sunscreen Lecture!

Day before yesterday here and bff went to the beach. Not only did they not use sunscreen, they took baby oil! What a bunch of idiots!!!!!!!!!!!! They thought the baby oil would make them brown nicely. Yep, 2 albino white girls fresh from a winter in Washington think they can lay on the Florida beach slathered in oil! So today my sister had to take DD to urgent care because her face was blistering. They gave her a prescription for Prednisone and told her what type of sunscreen to use. AND being the wonderful mother that I am, I made her pay the $132 urgent care bill from her spending money! Our insurance will reimburse us for all but $15. However, I felt having to spend her own money on something that we warned her about might serve as a reminder to listen to us the next time!

It's nothing too serious, but just enough to be very uncomfortable. The doctor told them to avoid water parks tomorrow, but going to a regular theme park would be ok. So tomorrow they will go to Seaworld, use their sunscreen every 2 hours, along with the new hats they bought! Sunday he said would be ok to go to the waterpark as long as the blisters are gone by then and they are peeling. They just have to apply new sunscreen every time they get out of the water and wear hats.

DS is bored, so I'm going to spend a little time with him and maybe watch a movie. TTYL!

But of course! Life with two little boys is never dull!

Actually, we had lunch with the Staleys at Rainforest Cafe in Tukwila today. I wanted to get a Safari membership, and apparently you have to get that in person. So I told the boys it was a special treat for them, and asked Staley if they'd like to join us. And they did!

They were already waiting for us when we got there, and she was smart enough to get her kids some little toys to play with, so all the kids played with them while we waited for the food.

And at the end of lunch she ordered a volcano. OMG!!! Big blobs of vanilla ice cream covered with big slabs of brownies, topped with a sparkler! I've never seen anything like it!!!

The kids were sooooo impressed, though DS3 was a little freaked out by the "Fire, Mama!"
