Thats the way to do it! Thats what we have done, and as long as he is working, I get my money. I know in our state, as soon as someone gets a job, the work is required to file with DCSE to see if they owe back support. And those garnishments start FAST. DCSE filed on the 27 of November, and I had my first check by the 6th of Dec.

I haven't been for almost 3 years. I know, I know, bad girl! Especially since I have had cancerous cells on my cervix before twice, and had cryosurgery once to remove them!! That hurt like a b****. I guess I haven't gone since I had to find a new Dr. I just put it off. But the time has come, because if I have more, I want them to get it right away!!

Howdy, kids! I'm back from dinner, clean-up, and running the kids through the shower. Just 5 more minutes... until bedtime. Can't wait!!!

Now DS7 is rushing to get his homework done (because Daddy let him play at a friend's house after school, and then when he got home he refused to do his homework.)

We had a little chat about respect and responsibilities at dinner. I hope he heard us.

DS3 poured my (expensive) conditioner down the drain during the unattended portion of his unattended shower, and earlier this evening drew all over the wood floor with a black marker. (Fortunately it was a wipe-off type of pen!)

Yep!! I don't want to ask him for money and I shouldn't have to either!! It makes me feel like crap when I call and ask, and even though I'm doing okay and don't NEED it, it sure comes in handy and takes some of the stress off me because I make BARELY enough to cover everything each month, if that.

It ticks me off because right now, he just gives me nothing or however much he wants. I can't count on that, even though I am grateful that I get anything at all!! But he keeps giving me excuses of bills he has and I'm like "Hello, bills up the ying yang over here single man with no one else to support!"

Join the crowd of "bad girl", I haven't gone for awhile either.. no problems in the past but still.. guilty as charged..

Everyone has to go before we move-- might as well use the insurance a bit more (they paid another $30,000 bill for a month of dialysis when they are suppose to be secondary to Medicare)

Thanks for letting me vent guys. If he actually ends up paying me what the court ordered, I will be sooooo relieved.
It will be like a huge weight off my shoulders because I just finally got my car payment caught up after the last few months and got a little ahead thanks to tax return so I'd be able to stay ahead of the game for once in my life!

I Here you!! Alexs dad gave me that crap all the time. I have my own bills to pay, I cant afford this, or that... Whatever. All the while I would push and push and get MAYBE $100. But generally it would be $20. or $30 once every few months. Well dude, it would have been alot easier to pay me at least $100. a month... Instead of have $350 garnished out of your check, HUH?????

Hey, no problem! The court ORDERED it, and he is supposed to PAY it. When Alex was a baby.. between daycare, formula, diapers, rent, insurance...Well, just everything.. I was broke as a joke. And he was only one kid!!! I surely didnt make enough money to cover all that!
