Ahhh, move to the Great Northwest, my child. You'll come to appreciate Spring and Summer, because they last about 2.5 days each! :rotfl:

When I went on a 1 week cruise to Alaska I told my family I should move there because I was told it was too cold there to have spiders. WRONG!! I went there and saw the most ginormous super dooper scary-as-hades spider web I had ever seen!! :scared1:

Here it's like blink it's spring, blink it's summer. blink oops you missed it now it's fall , take a breath ohhhhhh here comes winter oh joy!!!.... stomp stomp growl!!:headache:

We can have seasons pass in one week and repeat again! Monday it was 80 degrees, next day was fall like 60's with wind whistling about, today was early spring with grey clouds and a bit cool of 40- 50's. Typical temps this time of year are suppose to be in the 30's- 40's.. we usually still have snow.. nope and nope.. we got greening grass and ummmm burning grass in the rural areas (sparked by passing train, huge grass/forest fire).

Huh? :confused3

Oh, dang it! Now that I'm caught up it's time for dinner. Hope I didn't burn the chicken pot pie... :headache:

I went to Ralph's after work and asked my bf what he wants for dinner. He said he really liked the chicken I made a few nights ago (that Dixie Fry seasoning I used) and I'm making it again tonight. It's in the oven and I can't wait to eat it! I'm starving!!

Having a cat is nice.. she hunts down all the spiders-- mmmm protein for kitty!!

You are totally awesome!! Thanks for the snapshot of Gilbert as you see it.
I was looking at the "Town of Gilbert" website and got a feel for the place, impressed with new hospitals being built (always a sign that the city is doing well) and lots of recreation activites for the boys.
I will put it on my keep list.
Being close to a major hospital is important ,with Phoenix right next door with a good transplant program I feel better as marking it as a choice.
I'm leaning towards a city that is growing.. can still buy a house at reasonable price and we love shopping/eating out.

Hope it helps and I didn't throw too much at you!!!

I did forget to mention the hospitals - we had a brand new one open up a couple of months ago - and our second is in the works. We also just opened a new emergency only hospital - and urgent cares are popping up everywhere!

Yummy chicken you cook in the oven - do share!!!

BTW Grey's is a repeat. The one were Burke and Christina spill the beans that his hand is still f-d up.

I'll be back in a few minutes. My laptop is not getting a good signal from the kitchen. So I apologize in advance if my connection drops. My wireless is strongest in the bedroom but for some reason the kitchen is not so good. :sad2: I'm cooking Pasta Roni brand garlic & olive oil vermicelli and I got my drumsticks in the oven. Starving!! I should eat a piece of cheese like Wallace to suffice! lol!

And no ER sigh... The Office is on instead.. I hate break weeks.... I'm having Hero withdrawal already and now no Grey's or ER.. what is my TV world coming to??? I want this>>>>>>>>:happytv:

Not this >>>>>>

I bought a box of Dixie Fry original recipe naturally seasoned coating mix. Then I followed the directions on the back of the box. I bought Farmer John drumsticks and dipped them in egg and then rolled them in the seasoning mix. Then I put it in the oven at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes. If you buy boneless chicken it's 20 minutes. I put the chicken on a baking sheet with non-stick spray. :thumbsup2
