Hi Woo Hoo!

Welcome aboard here on the DL Hyena thread. ( I will explain the Hyena thing later if you are interested.)

We are a bunch of ladies of all ages, and one young gentleman who is a Disney castmemember, who have gotten to know each other here on the DIS in the last year. As a matter of fact some of them are meeting this week at DL for the first time. I couldn't make it this trip.

Anyways, to answer your question. It seems like lately at around 9:30pm the DIS all of the sudden slows way down. Sometimes we get booted off, and other times it just takes forever to post a message. There are times when someone gets frustrated and gives up for the night............especially when it takes up to 10 minutes. So that's all.

okay i finished DD dress for Ariel's Grotto a lil extreme but it is her first time

and here is the back

it needs a fuller petti coat i think, plus i still have to do her Gauntlets .
here is what it looks like on the pattern

i am debating on if i should do a trip report or not what do you guys think?

okay my mouth has been killing me the last couple of months i have had teeth pulled and have been waiting patiently to start my implants but due to pain and swelling i am once again waiting . so my DH just went to the store to get bread for sandwiches for dinner and he came home with this ..

I absolutely love Hippos .. he opened the door and showed the hippo talking saying i heard you did not feel well so here i am to make things better. i just had to share

All of your costumes have been so cute. Your sewing machine must be almost worn out. You too for that matter.
Maybe that is why your teeth hurt even more!

Cool, I should get DW on here. She is into the sewing thing (Can you say Bernina) plus she just got an embrodery machine that I helped connect to her computer, etc etc.

Too bad about going to DL, we jsut got back from WDW and are planning a DL trip this month or next (we are AP's at DL)

actually woohoo, there was only one hyena that had never met in person attending that meet if you want to call it one...it doesnt sound like they spent much time together at all...shame shame on you girls:rolleyeyes:

Good Morning Hyenas and Albort,

Lynn, I'm trying the cranberry/apple pork tenderloin today. I'm going to tweek it a little. I'm going to marinate them most of the day in half of the sauce, and then Dave wants to grill them, instead of putting them in the oven. I will still serve it with the rest of the sauce. I will report back with reviews.

Well if the sauce tastes anything like it smells, then we have a winner. Yum! It smells good in here! By the way, it has curry in it. So one better like that spice cuz it's strong. I love curry!
