Hubby was his usual smiling self yesterday-- yeahhhhhhhhhhh.
He had been feeling horrible for a few weeks, his blood presure is way out of control (224/112 AFTER dialysis) they toss more meds at it and it finally went down a bit (140/80 before dialyiss, 189/100 after dialysis).

No more head ache!:woohoo:

And he had a really great teaching day. It was his eval day, the principal didn't have time to discuss her eval but she was smiling when she left his room :yay: And later she sent an email stating how she liked the way he greets every student as they enter the room. (He stands by the door and shakes everyone's hand).

He will find out more today. :goodvibes

So he came home, all smiles and cuddly. Cracking jokes and playing with Poly.

I missed that smile. :cloud9:

Thanks great to hear!:thumbsup2

That would be cool, I haven't had a chance to really watch it.
Being a "boy mom" I miss out on the girly stuff, and yes HSM is girly according to my boys.

I still have not seen that movie. Maybe I'll rent it on the way home. My brother is coming over to ride dirt bikes with DBF tonight so maybe I can watch it while they ride.

I feel like he's turned a corner and things will get better again. :goodvibes

He's been such a grump, talking about maybe we made the wrong choice moving here.:guilty:
He's frustarted with what he preceives as poor medical care .. I think he just has to wait it out.. go make the appointments he needs, see what happens with test results.
And I kinda agree, medical care here is not as polished compared to the care he got in MN. Then again, he did go to the top rated hospital in the Twin Cities, had one of the most recognized nephrologists in the area. Our concept of medical care is at a higher standard with that experience.. and being at that hopital/with that doc was purely LUCK.

I'm thinking the local county hopital here.. is like the crappy community hospitals in the suburbs of MN. Adequate for run of the mill stuff-- delivering babies, appendicitis, out patient surgery--- but not the best choice for complex health issues like being in kidney failure. Even the family doc he went to wasn't sure what to do with him, he referred him out to a nephrologist ("all your medical needs are kidney related"-- uhhh duh! we know! :lmao:

Hey, I didn't notice the candy corn in the tree when we were there last Sunday -

Did they have the huge spotlight Mickey head on Screamin? The boys and I were impressed by it. Glowy like the moon!

Were you cold????

It was freezing here this morning-

feels like

fall

in

MINNESOTA! :scared1:

We got rain for a scant 5 minutes, cloudy stormy over the mountain. Now the sun is out- but I'm still cold, wearing jeans and a sweater. I don't even have the patio door open, brrrrr.

It wasn't cold actually. It was when we rode the tram but then after that it got hot so we took off our jackets. It's a bit cold this morning but I heard that it's going to be hot tomorrow!! NOOOO!!! Yeah, I looked up and saw the candy corn in the palm trees and thought: "SWEET!!" and took a pic :)

Is he a magician??

The year I went, he was dressed as Zorro and Minnie was a nurse.

The beanies are darling cute!
I have to tell myself.. no more plush! no more plush!!

We gave away tons before we moved. I kept a few of the really cute ones, and anything the boys had as babies.

But ohhhhh those are so temptingly cute!!
