I was wondering what the deal was with the thin futon on the floor. (Thinking.. man that's kinda lame)

I hope they don't raise when we renew next year. We have been luck with no rent increases the last two places we have lived in.

If occupancy rates are high in your area.. you might get increase.. right??

VS here, they seem to be more desperate to fill vacancies.. hence all the offers for first month free, $99 deposits, no app fees, etc...

Our incentive was a free fridge to use, we could have chosen x amt off rent for three months..... but we needed the fridge and didin't want the hassle of buying one.
