And to holding account points as well. It's even possible to take points from holding account to banking them in some cases.

Thanks everyone. Still on hold here with a decision to cancel or not. Can't seem to get my husband's issue resolved (it is anxiety related). I guess I will need to make a decision by tomorrow. Just heartsick but I know that whatever the outcome-there will be more trips in our future.
