1st time cruiser and we asked for a room that wont get much movement. They gave us 1078. From what I see its on the first level, mid ship and right beside the crew door. We don't need a verandah, or big room. Only 4 nights and hope not to spend too much time in the room. But not seeing a lot of reports on these rooms.
What if any are the negatives. We are ok with not being beside anything, or walking to and from. Like the exercise.
Thanks for all info.

For four nights in the Bahamas you will not be in it a lot, you will sleep and get dressed there and be out and about.

Your " unlikely" to encounter bad seas on that cruise, or they will divert.

The negative I would see is that you are right next to the crew door. There will be people likely going in and out of that door all hours of the day and night. Otherwise, low middle of the ship is good if you are worried about motion, but going to the Bahamas motion shouldn't be much of an issue anywhere. But, if you do get seasick I would suggest start taking Dramamine or something similar before you get on the ship. Once you are sea sick it is hard to get over it until you are on steady land.
