I've been meaning to write this review for several weeks now.
In February an offer from DVCrequest came to my inbox quoting the fantastic last minute price of $8/point for DVC points rental. Luckily, the dates fell within our planned WDW stay but still exceeded 30 days so I could avoid points going into holding. I debated about trying to secure a reservation because we were certainly in need of extra points as DMiL had decided to join us for part of our stay, thus necessitating the need for a 2 BR for those nights.
After discussing the option with DH I figured I'd give it a whirl. Following the links on-line in the offer and submitting my deposit I requested what we needed. I left for lunch hoping things would work out and we could cancel the second part of our split stay and bank the points for next year.
When I returned from lunch the confirmation was in my in-box and it included a link to my reservation details and links to make final payment. I paid my balance with my credit card and called MS to cancel the second part of our split stay. The following day a rental agreement was e-mailed to me and I replied as confirmation.
Within 2-3 days of the original booking a hard copy of my reservation details was mailed to me and I was all set to go. Check-in at SSR went smoothly and we had a great stay. The best part is that we have extra points to use for next year when I had originally thought we would be short on points.
