Unlinking tickets

I apologize if this is answered somewhere else but I can’t figure out how to unlink a ticket from my app. When I pull up the tickets there is just the barcode on the ticket and some Disney legal jargon but I don’t see anywhere where I can delete a ticket? Any ideas or do I just need to call the helpline? Thanks!

I had to unlink 3 of my friends' APs from my app last week- on each one there was an "unlink this ticket" button.

However, I have read that many have had to call Disney IT to get it done so I am not sure why the difference.

I asked the same question and if you bought the tickets in the app, it can't be done without calling. My question got moved into the giant ROTR thread, so the answers are buried there.

The answer is not buried. It is right on the first page in the first post (FAQs: "How do I join a Boarding Group?") -- as posted above and in that superthread, too.
