Universe of Energy is back open

I have to agree with the PPs that like the ride. While I wouldn't say it is my favorite it is a must see for me also. I really like the educational aspects of Epcot and when I went to WDW for the first time I immediately fell in love with Epcot (I was 13). It is still my favorite park.

I love Soarin' and I do like Mission:SPACE but would have much rather it been more of a modernized Horizons so that it had a more educational feel. I like thrill rides and enjoy EE and ToT as much as anyone but give me Spaceship Earth any day.

We were on this this past Fri afternoon, and had to be walked out, for some reason the ride stopped and it wouldn't re start

Didn't try to go back later to see if it was back up and running

My dd loves this -mostly due to the dino's

Are you kidding??? I love this ride! It's classic.

Okay, the stupid radio thing while you're waiting for all the other cars to catch up is tedious beyond belief, but the rest of it is just the neatest thing. I can't see why you'd want it to change.

I agree. At least it teaches you something and it is funny too. Better than Sounds Dangerous with Drew Carey or Carousel of Progress in my opinion.

You know maybe if they had displays or something that reinforced the message it would be better. I am all about saving energy but that attraction doesn't inspire me to action.

I love this ride. It really appeals to my environmental career goal aspects.

I enjoyed the ride in its original form. The music was inspiring. They kind of let the dino scenes deteriorate - it used to be much cooler.

I find the engineering of the building & the ride totally fascinating.

I wouldn't have minded a change from Ellen to something more relevant and up to date.

This ride is great in the summer. Just to take a break from heat. Your in the ac and you can sit for 45 min. And I like it to lmao.

I'm curious now...what do you think would improve this attraction? Make it more interesting? What would make Universe of Energy a worthwhile stop on your touring of Epcot?

Let's come up with some cool ideas! Maybe Disney will listen. I know you are not the only one to feel this way...as I said, it's hardly ever crowded.

How many families can go THAT long w/o a guaranteed potty break?

Its just one of those classics I think. I like Bill Nye and Ellen, I guess I just like it for NO reason really LOL
