For some reason, I can never log on to Universal's Pass Holder Website since they changed the annual pass to the paper pass. Has anyone else had that problem. I have had my pass for 2 years now. I just sent an email off to Universal asking why I cannot log on. I know the PIN# since it states it & I am thinking the ID number is the very long number on the bottome of the pass. I have tried every number on that pass and nothing gets me in there....:confused3

Can anyone help me??? I would like to see what is in there, beside the fact, you can now renew online & that is what I would like to do come October (or before if I hear there is going to be a price increase ;))

I can access my account but can't do much once I'm there. Yes, the ID number is the number listed on the bottom (underneath the barcode) of the pass. My ID has 19 digits.

Everytime I try to renew my pass online I receive the following error:
"We're sorry but we are unable to process this transaction. Please check our FAQ page for troubleshooting help or call 1-866-PASS-4-FUN for further assistance."

I've also tried going to the "Update Account" tab to be sure they have my correct address as I never receive newsletters from them in the mail and I receive this error: "We're sorry, this Annual Pass cannot be renewed at this time. Please contact our Annual Pass Sales & Service Team at 1-866-Pass-4-Fun or via Email at AnnualPass@UniversalOrlando.com for assistance." even though I wasn't trying to renew, I was trying to "update" as the tab/button implies. Frustrating. :confused3

If anyone can tell me also I would be happy..
I had to call and get the 5person transfer to get the right person and they dont know why the website is doing this!!!:confused3

I have the same problem with the Disney site. :sad2:

I did'nt have a problem with any of our 4 annual passes until they changed to the renew online thing. I log in twice and get the same error as posted above. I had no problem back in June when I checked to see my expiry date. I renewed by phone then.

Yep, there are 19 numbers then there is a space with 7 more numbers, I have even tried adding the 7 numbers with and without that space thinking maybe that was it. I know my pass is good. I was just in Universal :rotfl: Like I said, I have never been able to log in... it just keeps bringing me back to the same page.. when I had the hard plastic pass, the one with the numbers & letters on it.. once I got the 0 & O's straight, as well as the 1 & the l's I had no problems.. but this just makse no sense.. it is all numbers..

Ok...:rotfl: I wonder if it has anything to do with me emailing them and telling them... I got into the update my account section too

I got into the renewal area but it doesn't let me renew.. just brings me to a site that has an AmericanExpress sign.. and I am not using that card... oh well. I will just renew when I am up there in either Sept or Oct... so much for their updated site....

I have my original pass I got in 2004, it's like a drivers license and has my picture on it. It expired too long ago so I had to buy a new one, they sent me a small paper pass, is that my actual pass or do I need to go to guest services to receive a different pass with my picture on it?

I can still use my old pass information to access the passholder's site. It has letters and numbers.

That's your AP now...the Premier Pass is the only AP that still has a picture on it...the others look like regular tickets.
