I'm having my birthday party down in Orlando and wanted to stay at an onsite hotel. Now, the prices I have are $246 for a Garden View Standard Room at Portofino Bay, $238 Pool View Standard Room at Hard Rock, and $195 Standard Room at Royal Pacific. I was just wondering where the best hotel to stay at is and whether or not its worth it to upgrade?
