Universal tickets 2014

Looking at Universal for next Summer and we would like to go for a couple of days (if we can stand the queues for Diagon Alley!!)

Universal do a 2 Park ticket that is for 14 consecutive days. Does anyone know if they are park hoppers? In other words does unlimited entry mean you can go to both parks in one day?
