Universal Studios Military tickets?'s

I was wondering if anyone has experience with purchasing Universal Studios Military tickets last year and used only a few days thinking they would be back again but Covid hit and a second trip never happened? This happened to us and unlike Disney who just extended any unused Military tickets I've been told by Shades of Green ticket dept that they have no info on what Universal can do for us and I will have to ask them, has anyone found the answer? did they extend these tickets? apply the unused days value to a new ticket? Any info would be helpful..

I’d email Universal to ask that question. They are good at answering in a timely manner. I’d say call, but the wait times for calling are crazy. I’ve used military tickets before, but we always used all the days up on our visit. They are a great deal, as unlike Disney, we used them on the days between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

I did reach out to Universal and they got back to me this morning and told me that they did extend the expiration dates on their Military tickets from 2020 to Dec 17, 2021. They also told me that since Military tickets aren't booked for a certain day that we should arrive early to be able to get into the parks since they are not at full capacity as of yet.

Universal has been quite decent on extending tickets during the covid issues due to the park being closed
