I don't think that RPR does have not sure about PBH

None of the rooms at he RPH or the HRH have balconies. Only some of the suites at PBH have them.....

Also some of the deluxe rooms at PBH have them. We stayed in one last year that overlooked the beachpool area.

Yes, we had a deluxe room aT PBH last year which had a terrace. It was a lovely room and the terrace was very nice. We were overlooking the Villa Pool. I believe most of the balcony rooms at PBH are smoking rooms. Our room was a non-smoking room.
