Universal Plans - tell me if this is doable

We have not been to Universal since our honeymoon, and even then we only went to IOA. However next summer while at disney we want to take one day and go to both parks. The kids are now tall enough to ride most of the big rides. I have a list of what we want to do in 1 day with the (*) next to the can't miss rides. We plan on buying a 1 day ticket for both parks, as well as the express pass for both parks.

1. *Harry potter ride/area
2. *dragon challenge
3. *jurassic park
4. *spider man
5. incredible hulk
lunch
6. *E.T.
7. simpsons
8. *Men in Black
9. *Jaws
10. disaster
11. *revenge of the mummy
12. *twister
13. shrek 4d
14. Rip Ride Rockit

So is this remotely possible on a day when hours are 9am - 9pm?

With the caveat I've never been to the Harry Potter exhibit, that looks doable from my history as that's about the amount of rides I do when I go there.

Sure....with express pass its easily doable. Unfortunately can't rly do doubles of anything with express but you may have time to do some do overs and take advantage of single riders on those that can.
